As a fully licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I have worked with children and young adults for over 20 years.  I believe that everyone has a desire to be successful in their life but sometimes lack the skills or supports to achieve that goal. 

 

Working through a relational and humanistic lens, I will work hard to build a safe working relationship with you to earn your trust.  Utilizing a practical, client-centered approach, grounded in psychological research, I will partner with you to create a plan to achieve your treatment goals.

Working as a Special Education Teacher and School Counselor throughout my career, I have extensive experience in school-based issues.  I offer consultations to parents looking for solutions to these difficulties, as well as navigating the IEP process.

After attending college in Portland, I have spent my career working in and around the Boston area as both a School Counselor and Private Practitioner.  I have recently returned to Portland to establish my private practice which has long been a dream of mine.

In my free time, I enjoy playing and listening to music, videography, and spending time with my family.
